Elite Academy was established in 1993.It encompasses all aspects of dance and also gives the opportunity to gain gymnastic skills.It gives students an excellent grounding from beginners to those wishing to become professional dancers or teachers.We allow students to gain show and competition experience in a wide variety of  dance styles,alongside developing confidence, charisma,individuality and performance skills. We provide classes in a variety of dance styles and belong to the world-wide recognised dance examinations board ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers Of Dancing)To assist with understanding and improve levels of progression pupils can enter dance examinations, these also contribute towards university points. Throughout the years our school has been involved in two Russian dance exchanges where they performed in theatres and television.They were also award winners at  the International Festival   “Servernaya Zori held in Russia and also performed in London.We have done numerous shows ,carnivals , charity events ,television and have won numerous competitions. We are proud that many of our students have gone on to become professional dancers and teachers and many have been accepted to dance colleges because of the base that we have given them.

About Our Teachers

Yvonne Teplitski:- Started dancing at the age of four.She auditioned and was accepted at “ The Urdang Academy of Ballet and Performing Arts.” Whilst at Urdang she studied all aspects of dance and performing arts,gaining major examinations in R.A.D,I.S.T.D,M.I.D.A,Checcetti,Modern and was chosen to be in numerous professional shows.She graduated after three years with a “Dancers Diploma”.Since then she has danced professionally,working and touring alongside top names worldwide in concerts,theatres and television.She has also choreographed for professional shows including Moscow State Circus,was a judge on the television show “Body Idol” and has also adjudicated dance competitions, and is a qualified I.S.T.D teacher and affiliated B.D.A teacher.

Oleg Teplitski :-  Oleg is a third generation circus artist.He started performing at the age of four and at the age of fifteen was accepted after a rigorous audition process to Moscow State Circus School. After four years of intense training he graduated with the highest grade obtainable .Oleg became a very respected   circus artist and since then has gone on to perform worldwide in circus,theatres and television and has helped and advised  numerous professional artists in the creation of their acts and has adjudicated for a  television show “Body Idol”.He has done numerous photo shoots for top magazines and is  twice former  Moscow bodybuilding  champion  and winner of the Russian Athletic Union .
